I get a lot of questions in my daily life about the up keep of my hair especially since I work out and wear my hair loose most of the time. Below is a video showing exactly how I tie up my hair before work outs and revive it after. I believe this technique can be used for multiple hair styles and is good for allowing our hair to breath. Nails of the Week: Sally Hansen Gives Me Life!

It's been a while since I did one of these posts. But I'm really loving my nails for this week and thought I would share :) The seasons are changing and giving us reason to wear beautiful bright colors and I am all about that!
