Laid Back Memorial Day (Pics)

Hey Fam,

I have to say today was a good day or just this weekend was a good weekend overall. Lot's of loungin, chillin, and working out. I didn't work out today though. Today was rest day and everyone should have one. The boons and I had a little photo shoot so I decided to share below a few pics of us before we left out for our Memorial Day festivities (shopping, eating, sunset at the war memorial park). Best Zumba Work out on Youtube!!!!

Peace Family,

I just got finished doing what I consider to be the absolute best Zumba fitness work out on YouTube! It was absolutely amazing and fun!! I was drenched in sweat by the end of the video and had to stop several times to catch my breath but it was still fun :) The advertisements are true ,it works everything shoulders, arms, back, definitely the legs. Gravity works the heck out of your arms. Check out the video below it incorporates reggae, salsa, and hip hop music. Until the next post, I wish you all peace and light.

Brushetta Pizza Quick and Easy Recipe

Peace Family,

I wanted to do a food post to balance out the fitness posts that I have been doing lately. I believe food/nutrition is even more important than any workouts I could do. After all, we have to eat to live. We will not die as a result of physical inactivity. With that being said, below is the recipe for the pizza you see above. As stated in the title, it is so simple and easy to do. I hope you enjoy! and let me know if you try it:)

1 medium size burrito wrap
1 basil leaf finely sliced
A few pieces of tomato (6)
Sprinkle of veggie cheese
2 shakes of season salt
1 shake of parsley
2 shakes of oregano
Bake in a preheated oven on 250 for five minutes (do not over cook. This burns easily!!)

Today's Work Out: Yoga & Meditation

Peace Fam,

I write you all today a lot less sweaty :) I did Denise Austin's cardio yoga work out and followed it up with Tiffany Rothe's stretch and meditation which was just mm mm good!! I loved it. It was nice after so many days of cardio work outs. I wanted to keep it light today but that 20min cardio yoga didn't allow for that. It's cool though because, after the meditation, I feel rejuvenated. Take a look at the videos below and feel free to share any work out revelations you have had. I'm off to take a nice relaxing bath.

Today's Work Out: Tiffany Rothe

Hey Fam,

Once again, I'm writing you all with sweat dripping off of me lol I'm not trying to offend anyone but these work outs are for real!! Below are the two ten minute videos I did from Tiffany Rothe's YouTube videos and the five minute core work out. I'm serious about this fitness thing because I want to feel my best and I know that I do when I'm eating right and getting a decent amount of exercise (not too much). Fitness: Yoga

Hey Fam!

I hope all is well. I wanted to come and share with you all the workouts that I have been doing which have changed my body in ways I did not expect and made exercise an activity I look forward to rather than a chore. I love YouTube! It's my absolute fave social network there is just an abundance of information there and I use it for literally everything. Below my current fave work out on YouTube. This is subject to change because I also really like a few others. I chose to share the video below today because I just finished doing it and I am sweating profusely and feel like I got a great total body work out. Check it out!
