Once again, I'm writing you all with sweat dripping off of me lol I'm not trying to offend anyone but these work outs are for real!! Below are the two ten minute videos I did from Tiffany Rothe's YouTube videos and the five minute core work out. I'm serious about this fitness thing because I want to feel my best and I know that I do when I'm eating right and getting a decent amount of exercise (not too much).
