I write you all today a lot less sweaty :) I did Denise Austin's cardio yoga work out and followed it up with Tiffany Rothe's stretch and meditation which was just mm mm good!! I loved it. It was nice after so many days of cardio work outs. I wanted to keep it light today but that 20min cardio yoga didn't allow for that. It's cool though because, after the meditation, I feel rejuvenated. Take a look at the videos below and feel free to share any work out revelations you have had. I'm off to take a nice relaxing bath.
