In addition to sharing my happy moments from last year, I thought it would be cool to share a few of my resolutions for this year. The funny thing about resolutions is that once we fall off of them we tend to give up completely. Today I just wanna offer a bit of encouragement, DON'T GIVE UP! That was as much for me as it was for you:) I have to remind myself to get back in the game and forgive myself for brief moments of neglect. We are all human and sometimes things just get in the way. One of the biggest things being ourselves lol But anyway...One of my resolutions for this year is to increase my water consumption. I have good weeks where I'll get two cups or one blue jug down a day (pics below). Then I'll have a week where I only do that three or four days a week. My goal for this year is to do this at least five days a week. I think this is very reasonable and attainable. To make it fun and a little more tasty I've decided to add lemon, lime, and orange wedges to the water. This way I get my health and happy simultaneously:) The end definitely justifies the means. I notice a real difference in my skin and energy level when I drink water. Do you have any resolutions that you're determined to make work this year?
